I just wrote about Dr. Pfundstein but my message may not have gone through. So, here goes again.

My wife has a serious medical issue. Dr. Pfundstein was heroic beyond telling in the diagnosis and in arranging for a team of specialists to treat the problem. She didn’t just give some names and wish us luck, but rather she arranged for their immediate availability, stayed in touch with them and us, and was the captain of our ship. She was always available to give my wife forthright, yet encouraging advice.
