I would question a surgeon who uses a fake address. For the past couple of years I've had to deal with his junk mail and professional mail. It is frustrating forwarding or throwing away mail for a person who has never owned your property, rented or even leased it. No I have never used him but I can't think of any other way to deal with this situation that effects my quality of life. It is annoying and disturbing that someone uses someone's address to avoid their own junk mail.
