I am enjoying and appreciating being a patient here. I like being able to get in in short notice. I appreciate the time and patience taken when I have issues. I like being able to take my x-ray in the office and not having to be referred. I like the payment monthly which is very comparable and even better than many of the health insurance options.

In this day and age with corporate medicine and the uncertain insurance marketplace, Viva Med has been the answer to my prayers! They are kind , caring and professional. I like that I can contact Dr. Lacroix directly at any time if the need should arise. He will also take as much time as needed to thoroughly explain your condition,and provide post surgical care should the need arise. Viva Med is a true bargain financially as well. Do yourself a favor and check out this practice!

I contacted Dr. Lacroix the day after Christmas about an issue with my ear. He responded immediately and prescribed drops. A week later I was still having some issues, called his office on the 4th of January and was seen that afternoon. As always he listened to my concern, explained the possible causes and proceeded to examine my ear. After flushing my ear they problem was corrected.

Dr. Lacroix and his staff are genuinely concerned about my wellbeing. I have been treated for multiple issues including chest pains, dehydration and a heart ailment. The major benefits of a concierge practice allow you as the patient to have 24hr/7 day access to the Dr for any questions and concerns. There is never a wait at the office for appointments. And, the low monthly fee is very affordable. I have always felt welcome and like family during my office visits.

All aspects of Viva Med and its staff are absolutely fabulous. I was taken back as soon as I walked in. Each of the staff members I dealt with were very professional, courteous, caring, and willing to take time to discuss/explain things and answer questions I had. Previous test results were explained and a plan of treatment action was put into place. Scheduling of my next appointment was very accommodating to my schedule. The facility is clean, relaxing as possible, and stress free. It doesn't have a plain and sterile feel that some offices have. I think it's great that you offer in the office several tests (ex. EKG, etc.)as opposed to so often times having to go to an additional place. It's very obvious that the staff truly cares about its patients and their well being.
