The PA Melissa is great here. Never have seen the Dr. However, it is difficult to get an appointment when you really need it and they keep you on hold waiting for 5 plus minutes on the phone. I was told they are short staffed. For continual improvement I think resources need to be reviewed and acted upon appropriately.
