From my admission to discharge all the staff at Kindred in Rahway were welcoming and helpful. I was a little nervous when I was transferred in the evening from S.I. Hospital, but after being greeted by Maria Fernandez, Patient Relations Rep., I felt calm. She made sure I had everything I needed for the night before she left, even a delicious hot meal. I was admitted there for wound care and their wound care nurse Amada, was so knowledgeable and caring.
ALL the nurses, Cna's, (to many to name) PT, OT and doctors were very professional and kind. They were a great team. My nurse case manager took care of all my discharge needs. I am grateful that Kindred Healthcare was an option for my treatment and recovery. I highly recommend them.

I was very happy with Kindred hospital when my husband was in there. The nurses, doctors, and aids were all kind and compassionate to my husband when he was ill. He didn't want to leave when it was time to do so. He wanted to stay because " he was comfortable there". The doctors were informative and took their time to answer any questions I had. I would recommend Kindred to others and again, thanks to all of my husband's caregivers.

The staff and physicians are taking great care of my aunt. She was very ill when she was admitted to Kindred, but now is doing a lot better. You guys give great care and sensitivity to all of your patients as well as understanding the families needs. Staff is genuinely great in all areas of patient care and families needs. I am extremely satisfy in the treatment in response to my relative who's in your care. Overall, I'm very pleased with the physician and staff taking care of my aunt. The staff is absolutely wonderful. I know the top rating is only 5 stars but in my system I would give this hospital 10 STARS...

Everyone is very attentive, honest, supportive, and knowledgeable. Everyone was caring and they made the admission process quick and efficient. The doctors were available and aggressive with her treatment. They answered all my questions and made themselves available to my sister. Physical therapy, wound care team and respiratory are knowledgeable, caring and made themselves available to my sister. The CNA's made sure that my sister was always well cared for. Denise(CNA) is exceptional. She gives that tender, love and care. She takes good care of my sister. I like that the entire team meets with family every week to ensure all our questions are answered. Everyone seems to know a little bit about each function.

All the staff is caring and helpful. Most of the staff is attentive whenever I need them to assist me. The nurses are very helpful and friendly. The staff works together to fulfill my needs. I would recommend Kindred Hospital to anyone. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here.

The nursing has been very attentive to our needs. They explain everything that they are doing to us and the patient. respiratory therapist is always rounding to make sure the patient is doing well. I would recommend Kindred. Everyone is very helpful.

The staff is well rounded and knowledgeable. They are also very caring and professional. Denise (CNA) is just awesome. She takes great care of my mom. She went above and beyond to take care of her needs.

We are very happy with the care our father have received in Kindred. Everyone is kind and attentive. Everyone is on top of all his healthcare needs. Everyone from doctors, nursing staff, aids and therapist seem to be caring and he seems to be responding well to his treatments.

This is very good facility. The respiratory therapist are very dedicated to their job. Also the pulmonary doctor ( Dr. Remolina ) I would recommend anybody to receive services from him. Theresa is a wonderful nurses aid. She always has smile in her face and does a good job. Most of the staff is great and really go above and beyond to make families and patients feel comfortable.
