My father is here in Regency and he is very happy. From therapy to food service, everything is excellent. The 70s party they hosted made him feel young again!
This place is not your typical sub acute rehab/nursing home. It reminds me of a classy hotel style feel that has good vibes. Lots of staff. Good ratios. good food. I am an RN that has worked in other facilities and came here to visit someone that was here. Great activities. Mostly private rooms with comfy Stryker beds. If you’re looking for a place for your loved one, come check this place out!!!
Regency provided a cozy and homely atmosphere. The staff were attentive, caring, and ensuring needs were met while being clean and well-maintained. Residents are clearly engaged in various activities provided by the staff. Overall, it's a welcoming place where residents receive care in a comfortable environment!
My experience with the management is that they are honest people who really focus on the needs of their patients. This facility is beautiful and clean. They deliver great care and I recommend them to anyone looking for a nursing home.
I am so, so grateful to everyone here for the new lease on life they gave my mom! Their compassion went beyond my expectations, and the food definitely exceeded my expectations lol! Kudos to all the wonderful staff here!
It was truly enough knowing that my mom was getting the care she deserved. Regency Heritage in Somerset made a very difficult time easier to bear. Even when mom returned to her room to start hospice care, it was evident that she was still being treated with love and respect.
I must say, Regency Heritage provided a home sweet home feeling at their outstanding facility while I was in rehab. I recommend them for anyone who needs rehabilitation or long term care. My pastor who had come to visit me, said he had been to many nursing homes and that their was most definitely the best. My Orthopedist even said “Regency really knows what they are doing.” From my own personal experience, I had a totally positive stay. From the people who tidied up the rooms, the aides, technicians, physical therapists, nurses and doctors. They all treated me like Queen Victoria.
