Spotless facility very attentive staff at front desk and nurse.
Both Drs. are very knowledgeable caring and professional.
So far I have had the best experiences there by far exceeding
any others in their field.
I recommend this office highly.

I had a very pleasant experience at this office. I really appreciated Dr. Verlezza as well as her staff for taking the time to explain everything. They were very professional and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family.

Do not go here - LIERS! They were very friendly upon my first visit but have completely bamboozled me with money since then. I went in for an issue with my heel and before I could even digest what they told me, they were taking a mold of my foot for custom orthotics shoe inserts which I was told would take 1-2 weeks to receive. Denise, at the front desk, stuck her head in the exam room saying I would owe $225 and insurance would cover the rest and before I knew it they were taking a mold of my foot without really discussing the potential that insurance might not cover the balance – which I was NEVER told what that amount might be. When I received a call today – 6 WEEKS after my original appointment - from the new front desk lady, Hope, she informed me I still owed $200 more dollars when I pick up my inserts. I understand insurance might have decided against covering this but a good business would eat the amount the customer owes since their only communication to me was the $225 I was initially responsible for. What a shame to lose a customer over $200! Save yourself the headache and go to another podiatrist in East Cobb.

As a follow up to my previous review, I went on March 6th to my scheduled appointment to pick up my shoe inserts. Hope, the unprofessional front desk clerk, said I had to pay the balance of $225 before I could see the doctor. I said I would like to speak to the doctor first. After going back and forth a couple times she absolutely would not let me speak to the doctor first. All I wanted to do was sit with the doctor and speak in person about how this situation go so out of hand – all due to her front desk staff being ill-informed of my insurance and unprofessional. I cannot believe someone is running a business like this. To top it off at my first appointment, Dr. Verlezza admitted to me that she was new out of medical school and that they don’t teach you how to run a business in medical school. Well, Dr. Verlezza…..THIS is definitely not running a successful business with the needs of your patients first and refusing to speak to your patients!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!
