The billing department is the WORST EVER! Back in December I called because we hadn't received a bill for services in November. I was told there was no balance and we owed nothing. We took our son back in February for a follow-up procedure and in February we received a $600 bill including a balance for the services in November. Spoke Kelly and her supervisor in billing, they said they would "never" say we didn't owe anything for November. They advised that we make $25.00 a month payments which we agreed to and we have paid each month. Now it's August and we received a bill stating "Your acct is past due, Please remit balance immediately". Called Kelly again and she stated they would "never" say we could pay $25.00 a month on a balance this high and that they told us we needed to have the balance paid off in 3 months. They did NOT tell me that initially. Kelly said SCL is handling the billing now and when I asked to speak with someone at SCL billing she said they don't handle these old accounts. So which is it do they or don't they? This is very poor customer service and we will not return to this office and will be reporting this to the BBB and SCL administration.

Definitely! The staff spoke very highly of this provider and it was clear that they held them in a position of high respect.
