FREE shoes (per dr.) ended up with $50 COPAY for FITTING per FOOT (billed separately)````` Add $25 for copay on shoes - Total COPAY $125 for free shoes

Delayed billing added to the fun

Copays for cutting toenails ran ~$50+ each visit

Severe overcharges to Medicare and patient
