I highly recommend Alex! She is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. The staff is attentive, friendly and accommodating. The office is conveniently located in a medical office building with ample parking. She offers flexible days and hours (Evening and weekend appointments as well as phone, Skype and FaceTime consultations). She will go the extra mile to accommodate her schedule to your needs.

After trying almost every weight loss program out there (Jenny Craig, Atkins, Herbalife, Weight Watchers, Two-Weeks Kellogg's weight loss plan...) I came across her website , Core Nutrition. After reading her bio and philosophy, I was very impressed and decided to schedule an appointment. Best decision I've ever made!

Her approach is very simple and easy to follow. She takes the time to get to know you. She will listen to your needs and learn about your eating habits first. Then, she will tailor a nutritional plan for you. You will feel very comfortable talking to her; she is a very positive and genuine person.

I'm healthier today than I was when I first started seen her. She gave me the tools to succeed on my own . I'm confident that I'll never go back to “old habits” just because without noticing it, I just changed the way I eat and combine different foods.

I've lost over 50 pounds since I started with Alex! From a size 14 to a size 4! Every person and situation is different, but I truly believe that if you trust her you will succeed. Follow her lead and you will see results.

Absolutely Not! My appointment always conflicts with my schedule

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
