DO NOT EVER USE THIS OBGYN!!!!!! The staff is horrible the wait time is unrealistic. I would give zero stars if possible. The staff is liars and the list of things that make them a horrible place is endless. I went in for annual pap smear two months ago. To start with the staff didn't even know how to take blood pressure one girl took it and said it was extremely high the doctor didn't want me to leave until it went down five minutes later a different girl came in and took and said it was perfectly fine and that the other girl must have did it wrong. Then the doctor kept asking me questions about my last annual visit like where I went what the doctor said at that time when it was her I went to! I am like I just saw you last year don't you have that information in the system??? Then she told me that she was going to order my IUD because they did not have it in stock and that it should be in their office in about two weeks. cool. I had to go back two weeks late for a follow-up I literally waited for over half an hour from my apt time. I checked then my iud was not there but they said it should be coming in soon. A week later I went back in for my results to my follow-up this time I literally waited for an hour before seeing the doctor who came in and spent less than ten minutes with me! When I asked the doctor about my IUD she said I don't know and then told me that it was my responsibility to check with the nurse on the status. Mind you this is now three weeks later when I checked with the nurse she said it didn't even look like it was ordered! she said she would on that and call me later that day. Did I get a call back of course not I gave it a couple days and then I called back in spoke to a staff member named Karen who said she would check on it and call me back Karen called me back the next day and said it was a manufacturer delay. I finally got a call back today eight weeks later! When I called the girl put me on hold for over ten minutes then only reason she came back to the phone was because I was on hold so much it rang back to the main line I asked her to speak with a manager she put me on hold for another five minutes. When I spoke to staff member Priscilla she then told me that my iud was not ordered when they said it would be it was ordered a month later and that in order for me to get it put in I would have to schedule another two additional apts and the proceeded to tell me that the hour wait time was typical! No that's unacceptable! She was extremely rude. When I asked her for the corporate number she just gave me their general number. When I told her I had requested to speak to a supervisor she told me she wasn't available. She then proceeded to talk over me and cut me off. This is literally the worst OBGYN experience I have ever had and I will not be using them ever again!!!

Good Doctor but horrible staff service. I should have follow the advice of other people who wrote reviews online. I tried to give the opportunity to the doctor because she was nice the first visit, but after a couple of visit I realize that staying with them it was a bad idea. The place is new, they are missing certain tools. They use notebooks to write down patients heart rate, temperature, etc. They do not ask your name and birthday to confirm they have the right record on hand. They had problems taking blood out. To support my arm I had to put my arm over a toilet paper inside of a Ziploc bag. They are short on staff so sometimes you may see the doctor at the front window talking to the people who need to be seen. With so much going on with a not that many personnel its easy to confuse patient records. Gloves were not use all the time and again, since they are so busy and with not that much personnel I am not sure if the place is completely clean. I was not going to post anything online but after been prescribe an antibiotic only to take just in case I have an infection while pregnant. After waiting all day for a medicine for nauseous that was suppose to be an emergency to not rupture my eye vessels and keep throwing up and after waiting for over a month for them to fax my records to another doctor I wont hesitate. They just want to charge me money to fax the record to another doctor. Completely unacceptable. I have not been able to see a doctor over a month and it is thanks to them because they do not want to release my records even thought I sign the release form. Horrible service in that office.
