The best DME provider ever! Have been using them for 2 years for CPAP supplies and last month I was then put on oxygen. John O. came and brought out the oxygen maker and 12 portable bottles and went over everything I needed to know. I was rather scared from being diagnosed with COPD and did not know what to expect. John , before he left , made my feel like I had known him for a long time and we quickly became friends. He answered all questions, demonstrated using all equipment and totally put me at ease. John is the best!!

Texas Home Medical in Conroe is a superb business. I've utilized a CPAP machine for several years, Thank goodness I finally found this company. Please note that for years I had to constantly contact a company to remind them to send my supplies (hoping they would send the right ones!). My doctor recently switched me to Texas Home Medical in Conroe. They contacted me, introduced themselves and discussed the doctor's orders, my CPAP, etc.. They asked me if I had any questions, and what supplies I might need, etc. A short time later, they sent me the supplies that I needed...I was in shock! These people listened and I didn't have to call and remind them! They are my new heroes. What a great, respectful, efficient and friendly business!

Terry Traylor assisted me today and went ABOVE and BEYOND to quickly and efficiently resolve an issue with my mom's CPAP machine. Dealing with my mom's medical needs is super stressful and most times quite time consuming! But today, Terry heard my need, moved heaven and earth to fix it, and made this one of the easiest resolutions in recent history. THANK YOU Terry!!!

My husband has been working with c-pap issues for three months + and today he exchanged the c-pap device for a bi-pap one. We met with the wonderful people at Texas Home Medical Inc located 110 Commercial Drive, Conroe, Texas.

One person, in particular, was extremely helpful and patient with us today. Mrs. Dorothy Austin helped my husband (Jay) with many different head devices and settings. She frequently checked to see that the device had been set properly; she also checked for air seepage frequently. For The Record: There has never been any one individual willing to take the time and concern that Dorothy did today (and this appointment was on a Friday). Without Dorothy's expertise and help I believe Jay would be facing even more sleepless nights even with a machine.

After our enlightening experience this afternoon I am convinced there are Angels living among us.

It is certainly refreshing to be treated in such a special way.

Dreadful - check your bills from this company! Have been billed three times for items already paid for. Company was contacted about this error and I was assured all was fixed, only to receive another bill for the same, already paid for, item. Same rigmarole - called company and they said it was a billing error and not to worry. Three weeks later got another bill for item already paid for plus a late fee charge. Shame on you Texas Home Medical Inc.
