I first saw Dr. Ryan on November 1, 2019. I had been experiencing increasingly severe sciatic pain after 6 weeks spent in an orthotic boot that added 3 inches to my left leg. After explaining that I would be in a wedding the next day, Dr. Ryan adjusted me in a manner that left me in very little pain and able to function in heels for over 14 hours the next very next day!

Around this time, I also scheduled myself for a massage with Michelle, it was she recommended I discuss my TMJ issues with Dr. Ryan, as she noticed a significant amount of tension in my jaw. I was a bit skeptical as to whether or not he'd be able to help as 10 years ago, I was told by an orthodontic surgeon that the only way to fix my TMJ-caused migraines was by breaking my jaw, re-aligning it, and spending six weeks with my mouth wired shut. But helped he has!

In two session, Dr. Ryan has done absolute WONDERS for my jaw. The adjustments are a tad uncomfortable (as it almost feels like being punched in the face), but the instant relief is well worth it. I never realized the amount of tension and pain I've had in my jaw until it was gone. I've been suffering from chronic migraines for years and this is the only thing that has helped so significantly and quickly! I've gone from 3-4 migraines a week to only one a week.

To put it simply, I am amazed at how well my quality of life has improved over the last two weeks due to these adjustments. Between my sciatic pain and TMJ pain, Dr. Ryan has been extremely beneficial. I highly recommend Dr. Ryan, Michelle, and the rest of the staff at ProCare Chiropractic.

I was referred to Dr. Ryan by my PCP and I am so glad I went. He is dedicated to helping you feel better and to correct issues not just crack your back. He is very relatable and makes sure you understand whats going on with your body and what hes going to do and why. It shows a lot when I referred my 75 year old grandmother to go to him and within 5 visits shes having relief after years of pain. As for me, we are working towards relief and it is helping each time I go. Im very excited for the future of working with him and helping give me a better quality of life. I would recommend him over and over again.

I love to work in my garden, but back and neck pain have prevented me from doing so. A friend recommended Dr. Ryan. Well let me tell you, I havn't felt so good in years. He didn't just start pushing on my back, he asked very good questions, performed some tests before he even began. He pinpointed my pain site almost immediately. His adjustment worked. and worked even better the next time I saw him I wsn't sold on chiropractic, but HE has changed my mind.

A friend referred me to Dr. Ryan for my constant sciatica. I’ve tried Chiropractor before with short term relief, but it always came back. This time has been different. Through his treatment plan my sciatica seems to have disappeared. I do make regular visits, once a month, or every two months, and this has made a definite difference in keeping me pain free.

OMG !! I can't believe the difference in how I feel!!! Great! I have suffered with shoulder pain for soooo long. Not that I haven't tried other Chiropractors before. But this time it was different. Adjustments were different, and I could feel the results almost immediately. I have been going back and feeling better each time.
