Dr. Torres and the Institute of Functional Health has helped me in reaching my goals of becoming a healthier person. I am a busy mom, wife and a registered nurse who is on the go all the time. Over the years I have gained weight and was suffering from frequent back pain and migraine headaches. The Institute of Functional Health has guided me down a path to a healthier lifestyle. I am more active, making healthier food choices and just basically getting back on track. 15lbs and 3 sizes down is a big accomplishment for me and I look and feel good about myself again.Thank you again to Dr. Torres and his team at the Institute of Functional Health!
