The motivational pics in this otherwise barran office are cut out boards painted orange...of an elder walking with a walker hunched over, and another elder person slumped in a wheelchair. There's one more but I forget. Blantantly negative motivational props set the wrong tone subliminally, but couple that with a Doctor who is defensive and egotistical and it's a formula for this review. I would only give him a tip of a star if possible. I certainly would not recommend to anyone I care about.
