Car accident or L and I claim!!!! WARNING DONT RECOMMEND!!!!!!
Staff treatment wonderful but, their records dept minus 100 stars review!!!
4 months since my attorney has requested my medical treatment records corporate office somewhere back east must have lost mine, October told we were next on list !! Multiple attempts no records. So I recommend another physical therapist do to these issues internally at PT Northwest....good luck
