My wife was given insulin three times a day here;
when she came home, she needed no insulin at all.

The absolute WORST care I have ever gotten in any medical facility anywhere. The staff is rude and almost totally (but not quite totally) unresponsive to my calls for help. I cannot get them to give me the meds I am supposed to take. I can’t get the to give me the pain meds I’m due to have - about 6 hours ago!
I was left sitting on a bedpan for 1/2 hour in spite of many calls for help. If I do manage to get someone in here, generally a nurses assistant, she says she will take care of “whatever” or go talk to the nurse but no one ever comes back.
I have a broken femur and cannot even turn over, much less get out of bed. I am completely at their mercy, it’s 1 o’clock in the morning , and I’m ready to try to get help from the Tavares police.

I have had Physical Therapy in Mount Dora, Eustis & Tavares at at least three other facilities. NONE compare to Waterman. Their facilities are not crowded and provide privacy. Very little if any employee turn-over. The ONLY PROBLEM: they need to expand and/or hire more therapists as it is difficult to get timely appointments.
