ZERO STARS !! I feel cheated by this place. My son lost a nosepad and I stopped by 30 min ago to have it replaced. It cost me $10 for a set of nosepads. They have already fallen out. I used to be an optician, we never charged for replacement pads - Even if you got your glasses somewhere else. It's just good business to be very nice to potential customers. You've lost that chance with me and my family.
