I've noticed a big difference in myself from when I first started seeing Stephanie and now. I handle things so much better than I used to and my relationship has blossomed because of it. I am a happy camper and so is my husband because I learned how to be healthier.

Stephanie has helped me tremendously. I feel like a different person from when I walked in her door. I have worked through my issues and am now aware of my triggers and when my behaviors are unhealthy. I have learned new coping skills and that has made a huge difference in my life and my relationships. I would be in a very different place right now had I not found Stephanie.
