Dr. Zaki is kind, helpful, listens, explains and is overall the best physician I could ask for and hope for. He is always working for you to supply the best care possible. His expertise is unsurpassed, and I am thankful he is my doctor. He lead me through diagnosis, surgery and continued care perfectly and thankfully.

On 17 November 2023, I had my 4-month post-op follow-up with Dr. Safwat Zaki at Kettering Memorial Hospital and he was incredibly happy for me and the outcome/results from my prostatectomy utilizing the da Vinci surgical system (robotically assisted device for minimally invasive surgery) to remove my prostate. My PSA results (<0.1) are a strong indicator my prostate cancer is gone, I have full urinary flow again and bladder control/no leakage, complete nerve sparing/no erectile dysfunction, the pulsating feeling in my bottom is gone and my core/stomach area is healing nicely with the surgery scars already fading away. I highly recommend Dr. Safwat Zaki to anyone who is faced with prostate cancer and if your situation allows for it, I highly recommend the da Vinci surgical system to remove the prostate/cancer.

I was diagnosed with Renal Cell Carcinoma. Dr. Zaki performed a partial nephrectomy and removed the tumor. He performed the surgery robotically with less pain and a much shorter recovery time. I’m doing great and highly recommend Dr. Zaki.

Superior surgical results. Came to Dayton from the premiere urological practice in the U.S. according to our family references. Grateful we were able to get his help on an emergency basis. The more you know about Dr. Zaki, the more you won't want to see anybody else.

Dr. Zaki treated me for prostate cancer and because of his excellent surgery I am cancer free. His attention to detail during the surgery was amazing and as a result I am recovering with no issues. I would highly recommend Dr. Zaki to treat your prostate cancer. I never had a question of what was gong to happen next and he always had time to explain any procedure to me.

I recently had kidney cancer surgery. Dr. Zaki treated me with compassion and kindness. Before the surgery he explained all the scenarios of my surgery - what would happen if he had to remove the entire kidney or partial kidney - if he could do it robotically or open me up in the back - how long I'd be in the hospital and my recovery time based on one of the scenarios. He was very honest and up front with everything. Listened to my questions and genuinely cared. I would highly recommend Dr. Zaki to anyone.

Dr. Zaki performed a robotic laparoscopic prostatectomy on me in April 2014 and the results were excellent. He prepared me for the surgery by describing the procedure, the associated risks, and the expected recovery period. Dr. Zaki and his staff and assistants are clearly very knowledgeable, skilled, and organized for this type of procedure. Everything went according to plan. While this procedure is not something to be taken lightly, I felt very comfortable in Dr. Zaki's hands and that trust was well-founded. To date I have had three follow-up visits and the prognosis is good.
