After we changed insurance, we had to find a new dentist. My husband found them though a mail coupon. So he went first and was very happy. I booked my appt and went for my tooth cleaning and Dr. Park talked to me about a few issues I knew I had. So, we booked the second appt to do a couple fillings and it went very smoothly. Then I went for the 3rd appt to replace a cracked crown. The pricing was very reasonable, office very clean, calm setting, very friendly staff. The only negative would be sometimes I think the assistants are not very gentle and mindful with the water and other tools in mouth. Dentist is gentle, but sometimes the assistants forget that your lips only stretch so far...lol.
I will continue to go to them and give this feedback. Overall. they are great!!

I am overall very happy with my experience here. I was bit skeptical about getting implants done since my cousin had all sorts of problem with his. And after a year later, still no tooth. But none of my friends know that I have fake teeth. I have problem eating out with friends because I am constantly worrying about my false plate coming out with food. Dr. Park was very gentle and procedure was painless, went back to work next day. Props to his staff, they worked like well oiled machines there. Well I tossed my old granny plate in the trash and been eating out and bar hopping since . Best gift to myself

I broke my front tooth in an accident and haven't been smiling for years. I was referred to Dr. jake Park from my co worker. She did a lot of research on implants and was very happy with her implant from him. I was super nervous but the assistant did a very good job of comforting me. Maybe laughing gas helped too. Anyway, 3 months later I am so happy to have my front tooth back and to smile again. I almost cried. My daughter came with me and she was so happy for me as well. A+ work!

Absolutely not, they are not trustworthy at all

Absolutely Not!

Definitely not, I wasn't given information until long after my procedure had been finished

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.
Was this provider's office too loud?
Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud

We found dr. Jake Park from the valpak ad. Yes, those junk mailers. But a mother with three kids on a budget needs to make our dollar stretch. Our old dentist dropped our insurance so we needed to find a new dentist quick. Front office girl was super nice, and she was able to get us in last minute.
She even played Childrens program on netflix for our kids so they weren't bored waiting. Dr. Park asked for me to come in to the room and actually showed me where the cavities were. And asked me questions like if my kids were drinking tap water etc. Interesting stuff which i never though of before. I am very thankful to find a local dentist who my kids liked. Because it's costly to go see those specialist all the time.

Definitely not. It was way too cold

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time

Not the worst, but certainly not the best

A little, but I wish they had explained it more thoroughly
