My experiences with Willowbend Animal Hospital have consistently been rewarding. I'm always pleased with the friendliness and skill of the staff and am completely confident in Dr. Johnson. They convey genuine concern for my pet and for my experience in their hospital. I know I'm in good hands there and look forward to many years of sharing in the care of my dog. Thanks Willowbend! They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I loved how easy it was to get an appointment with them. They're always able to see my pet right away, but I think that's because no one goes there. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well, and I did with one of the staff members, Jessica. I felt like they were trying to hard to get me to like them and I don't need to have my butt kissed.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!

Dr. Johnson is an amazing veterinarian. He works calmly with animals and is very compassionate. When the health of our young pup began to fail, we went to another clinic only to watch the vet search the internet for answers. Frustrated, we turned to an friend for a recommendation. We were referred to Dr. Johnson by a woman who worked with him while she herself was in vet school, prior to joining a practice that is not in the Wichita area. Her recommendation came after observing his practices and working alongside many other docs. We feel that he is aware of new technology and techniques and has done a wonderful job of keeping our little papillon healthy. We live about 45 minutes from this clinic, but will go wherever Dr. Johnson is located.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Yes, the equipment is very advanced!
