If you are looking for one on one attention and care during your visits, do not choose this provider. Each therapist is assisting multiple patients at once so you are given a task and then left to complete it on your own as they go work with someone else. So, if you are doing the exercise incorrectly, there is no one to guide you. Their fees are also outrageous considering they are charging this to multiple people for the same time slots. I'm not even sure this is ethical to do so. If you are wise, you will check out another provider.

Was not impressed. There are several patients to each therapist scheduled at the same time so you are largely on your own. The owner is very arrogant. The staff is very nice but acted more like high school boys in the locker room rather than professionals providing a service. It was a frustrating experience.

I have needed PT several times in my life and have also taken my mother to several different services. I will use only University PT in the future. The facility is bright and very clean. The staff and therapists are very knowledgeable and seem to genuinely care about their clients. I have been very impressed with all the therapists I have worked with and am feeling so much better. I like the positive attitude displayed by all, and the fact that actual therapists are right with you, overseeing your care. I have a Master's degree in nursing and appreciate how difficult it can be to work with some people and remain positive. I have been impressed with the way these young people handle clients of varying ages and dispositions.

I have recommended University PT and staff to many people and also to my orthopedic doctor.I have AVN of the bones which caused me to have both hips, both knees and left shoulder replaced in the last 4 years. Have been to other PT clinics and not gone back. Tyler and his staff make you want to go and do your therapy. They make you feel very comfortable but work you hard. They will be the one's I chose for my ongoing problems.

I would not recommend this place! The staff and assistants there are great, but the main PT, Tyler is unprofessional, cocky, and a smart aleck. He did not follow my doctors protocol. He decided to do his own thing with my protocol instead of going by what the doctor wanted. He even talked crap about my protocol in front of me to coworkers and the student intern. He also did not listen to me when I continued to say that I was having pain, and instead kept saying that "I was pushing myself to much". I complained to other therapist there and my doctor (who called him) and at no point did Tyler, himself address these issues with me face to face; he instead completely ignored me my last few sessions. It was until after I quit going to him and had started seeing another therapist that I received a call from him where he literally badgered me over the phone. He talked a bunch of crap trying to justify to me why he did what he did. He contradicted himself multiple times throughout the conversation. He was very unprofessional and continued with the smart aleck remarks throughout the conversation. Needless to say the conversation ended up getting heated and did not end on a nice note. If you are looking for someone who is actually going to help you long term, then I would NOT go to this guy!
