In calling Dr Krulewitz's office, I found the staff to be responsive and quick in getting me in (I was a new patient). On the day of the appointment, I was attended to quickly.

I found Dr Krulewitz to be very sympathetic and attentive to my issue. I needed an in office procedure. The doctor did it right then. And for someone very scared of needles, yes at 50, he was greatttttt. It has gone so well, including the follow-up, that I am going to have the second one done.

Thanks for the pain relief without too much pain :)

Horrible receptionist. Had to cancel appointment because she and other office personnel mistakenly said my insurance had changed and/or was not valid. Needed to take care of lower-leg diabetic problem that persists. She doesn't listen and keeps putting me on hold or hanging up. I've seen many doctors and this office is ridiculous.
