I originally had a great review for this practice. I must say that the office staff is very kind and helpful, as are most of the dentists. Their hours are convenient. My problem is with their billing and office policies. They intentionally over charge you, regardless of what your insurance will cover. They are fully aware of what your insurance will, and will not cover. They have a set percentage that they charge the patient for out of pocket, and it is ALWAYS more then you are actually responsible for, leaving you with a "refund" on your account. They specifically told me that they WILL NOT REFUND THE MONEY UNLESS YOU ASK FOR IT. That means that you must review your insurance statement, and compare it to what you actually paid them. The fact is, most people don't do that. They assume the dentist is charging you the right amount (I assumed this as well). I have requested a refund several times. Originally they stated a refund would be mailed within 6-8 weeks. That time passed, and I never got it. Its been over a year since I overpaid them, and I am still trying to get back the $200 credit on my account. Beware of this dentist if you have insurance.
