Took my mother there twice. Dr Chen looked at her from across the room and he seemed to think she had something contagious and gave her ivermectin twice. He told her to trust him and that he was the best. After all her scary and unnecessary worrying that she had bugs on her,,,Found out later from a much caring doctor that it was just sores from her diabetes. I find it very unprofessional and cruel to treat an elderly patient like that. She was so scared and worried for so long.

I think dr. Chen is one of the best at freezeing off pre cancerous spots, moles ect.

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Rob Chen. He's the perfect blend of empathy, competence and friendliness. I wish all doctors are like him.

Dr. Chen was very friendly and informative. Great, welcoming staff. Appointment was right on time (maybe even 5 minutes early!) Very glad that I chose him (and his office!) as my dermatologist.

I moved an hour away from Dr. Chen's office and where I live (Franklin, TN) has plenty of derms. I continue to rely upon Dr. Chen because he and his staff has always steered me right. I also have been referring anyone I know who needs a great dermatologist to Dr. Robert Chen.

What an amazing skin care center! During my appointment I met with Dr. Chen and Jennifer and I am so very impressed with their knowledge and with their care. I had a facial procedure done that reversed most of my sun damage and I cannot be more pleased! Skin Envy is a class act and I will recommend it to my family and friends.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
