This is a addendum to my previous review. I received a response both verbally and on line explaining why my refund was delayed. I have received my refund as promised and will continue to treat at this facility. Also the office staff were kind and courteous other than when dealing with my refund.

They never mention Dr Bernstein,talk guy wears now tie,hardlyspoke to me , had me so messed up on, drugs ,i had to give notice. At work because I could hardly hold an instrument (dental tech) he would not give me work slip,was rude when I spoke to him on the phone,i fired him,and had them reimburse the money they make you pay if you. Should miss an appointment . Horrible experience

I was discharged over the phone the week off christmass. I over slept and missed a 940 am appt I call at 10a and said I over slept.Now you need to know I work night shift in a ICU setting and sleeping been a main issue.I was on trazadone for sleep.The dosage I used was 75mg,but the scrib was for 150mg hs, why to give me a break on pharmacy cost. Well first I was told its a $60 charge for missing aptt and she meaning Michele Privette arnp and wiouldn"t fill my medication.I was treated in a un professional and un kind manor,They said I discharged myself and it wasn"t so and that she had stopped that prescrib,Both of these statments were lies.When I went in to ask for my records I was denied.

I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. If you are looking into mental health, you are probably going to give up after a bad experience. Especially if you are having symptoms of what you are looking to get information on or a diagnosis on. Do not lose hope. I found Dr. Larson at this center. He came out and greeted me. Introduced himself. Offered me some water and sat down with a relaxing smile on his face. He asked me how I was doing. Ofcourse I wasn't doing so good that first time. I talked about what was bothering me and he calmed my thoughts and provided me with knowledge about my issue. It was normal for someone with my condition. I wasn't "crazy" and it wasn't "in my head" (well.. located there). He explained the reason, cause, symptoms, and medical options.
We did need to try a few things before I found what worked for me. But it was worth it. and it is totally normal that the first thing isn't for you. I also recomend you research your diagnosis. Look at reviews from people who explain similar symptons that you have and see what worked for them. Don't be affraid to have a say in YOUR treatment. I would highly recommend this center. Especially Dr. Larson. He has helped me cope with life and actually live the life I thought I could only dream about. Also an amazing staff. They always make you feel welcome. And never make you feel like they are looking at you like you are a different species because you seek mental health. I wish anyone reading this the best. Don't give up on life. I am proof it works.
