They have a wide range of services available here. They have a lot of treatments to choose from; you can always find what you need here. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I ask about. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I have done the laser lipo treatments and body wraps with great results! Thanks!

I was hoping to make an appointment and called regarding a question. I have never had lipolazer done before and attempted to ask the receptionist a question before I purchased the groupon that they were offering....she hung up on me.

It's a convenient location with ample parking on the street and parking lot. The facility is well appointed and equipment is new or brand-new. Tanya took the time to explain the various treatments and allowed me to sample the ones I was most interested in. The treatment spaces were private, clean, and comfortable. I've visited several times and bought two packages. It was not clear how often they changed the sheets and blankets, and they don't provide towels. In the second to last visit, Tanya was trying to juggle too many clients on her own. Although I admire her ability to multitask, there were too many distractions. It could have been more relaxing and personal on that one occasion, as it had been on the multiple prior visits. I come from some distance, and the last time I visited, I ran into traffic and was 10 minutes late; I apologized but I'm not sure it was well received. These are the only points I can critique, so as far as I'm concerned the good far outweighs the bad. Treatments involve absolutely no needles, and they do not puncture the skin in any way. It absolutely astounded me that this system works; you can see measurable results immediately. Tanya works incredibly hard and does good work. As their business evolves, I hope they'll continue doing all of the things they do well.

I have visited the spa 3 times after purchasing a package from Groupon. Before I could have my 4th treatment, they called to cancel my appointment because they had to close early (unsure of reason). Ever since then, 10/15, I have tried multiple times to phone the spa and have even sent an email but have gotten no response! It's now 11/26. I stopped by there today to ask for my money back because it it apparent to me that they do not need my business, hence no one is calling me back, but I was told that I would have to speak with the owner and that they didn't know when she would be in. I asked them to inform the owner that I stopped by and needed to speak with her. Well, I had not heard anything all day, so around 3pm, I tried to phone the spa only to get a pre-recorded message that said "this mailbox is full and cannot accept any incoming messages". So with this said, how am I supposed to get this handled??? I don't like publicly airing out my laundry, but I have never experienced such poor customer service before and am a little frustrated. They actually provide good treatments there and I did my homework before going there, so no complaints in that department. I'm at a loss for words over the lack of service. At least call me back!!!

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I felt robbed the couldnt tell me If they were certified, If they were tought in a nursing class or In beauty school or wher . They couldnt tell me where the fat went. It was complete robbery of my money my time my gas and my faith in people to be honest.

I am so lucky to have found this day spa it has been the best experience ever the staff is so professional, caring and very informative . Every time I go I feel very welcome, the owner takes all the time I needed to thoroughly explain every step of the process and tells me what to expect with every session. She is a highly educated woman with lots of experience in what she does. I never have to wait to be seen , as soon as I arrive I am taken to launge area and offered something to drink and shortly after I am informed they are ready for me it ususally takes no more than a few minutes. I am appaulled to here someone bad mouth such a wonderful spa only someone with no education would do that.

I couldn't be happier about my visit at this spa. The staff helped me with all my questions and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. They were all so friendly and professional. I have been to other spas near by and they did not make me feel the way i did at Pure Elegance. I purchased a Groupon of 4 lipo lasers and I will defiantly be back for more treatments. I would recommend this spa to everyone. Thanks again Tonya and her staff for being such a great team!
