the guy was not helpful , was more interested in giving his unsolicited advice which was rude and insulting . When i told him he argued with me showing how arrogant and uncaring he is .

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!
