I was 5 months pregnant when I went to this Chiro. I wrote this review immediately after it happened and after I reported him in 2013...mysteriously this review was gone a year later.
. So I will rewrite in order to warn other women of this chiropractor named marraccini in green tree.

This office is a converted house.
The receptionist that worked there was seemingly his wife (?). She was very friendly and inviting....that's where it ends.
The rooms were very dusty. The table I laid on was old and worn. I went in with lower back pain. He adjusted then as he was writing notes and we were wrapping up when he said there was one last question.
"Does your crotch ever hurt u from the pregnancy?" I replied that it did a little but not really.
He said "why don't u go ahead and lay down on yr back and I'll adjust that"
No other words or explanations were spoken by him for the rest of the "adjustment" violation.
As my 2 yr old looked on in the same room (had to bring him because didn't have a sitter) Dr. marraccini proceeded to pull my very thin yoga pants down
He also PULLED MY UNDERWEAR DOWN COMPLETELY EXPOSING MY VAGINA as I lay on my back, with him at the head of the table behind me, as he looked on.
I closed my eyes in disbelief and held back tears.
Is thisREALLY happening right now?!
I felt VERY uncomfortable and questioned in my mind if this was legit as he proceeded to hold my underwear down and place his hand on the middle part of my bare vagina and put pressure. He then took the same hand,as the other held my plants/underwear down with the other, and went across my exposed vagina to the crease between my leg and vagina and held pressure there on my bare skin.
I was SO SCARED and nervous and felt completely violated!!!!
I was scared to say anything for fear of scaring my 2 yr old with my reaction.
Dr marraccini never once explained or asked permission!!!!! It was literally dead silence as I lay there and he touched my bare vagina.
He did this to both sides of my bare vagina and crease.
Why wouldn't he ask first? Why wouldn't he explain first? Why wouldn't he DO IT OVER TOP OF MY CLOTHES? I had on thin enough clothing!
I COULD NOT get out of there fast enough!!!!!
The receptionist had me pay and asked if I wanted a follow up appt. I said no and ran out. After talking to numerous people (and other chiropractors) I decided to report this incident to the police and board of chiropractors. Please think twice about going to this pervert if youre a girl or a pregnant woman!!!

I just moved to Pittsburgh in March and have been looking for a good chiropractor in my area. Someone recommended Dr. Marraccini to me because they thought he was terrific. And they were right! I suffer from debilitating headaches and hip pain. At work I constantly look up and lean over, and I danced for years growing up. Now I feel like I'm 80 sometimes, instead of 30. Until I went to this office! Dr. Marraccini and his staff are wonderful and always make me feel welcome. He has done such a good job in explaining to me my problem and how we can fix it together. Most of all, I feel as if I've been given back my life!!!

I cannot put into words how much Dr Marraccini has helped myself and my family, but because this is a review I will try. I started out as a very sick child that was a regular antibiotic baby and was progressively getting worse with no end in sight. It wasn't until I met this man and he provided me with something that no one else was able to give me; hope. He went above and beyond in explaining to me why I was sick and how I could get better through Chiropractic care. After the first adjustment I was able to get my first full night of sleep in 6 months. I have no clue where I would be had i never stepped foot into that office. If you want to get the most out of your life, this is where you want to be.

They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. At some of the other places I've been to, the chiropractor would adjust me without understanding my problems. The chiropractor here took his time to dianose the problem and got it right. If you want relief, this istheplace to go. II could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful. I highly recommend coming here, you will feel better.

It was obvious that they didn't take any pride in their office's appearance. I don't think that place has ever been cleaned, the counter that they write on for the charts was very very dusty. they did just have a leak from the roof and had alternative rooms, but the chair i laid on was really disgusting adn dirty. they used a deli paper for me to lay my head on! i was there for a pregnancy adjustment. he lied and said no chiro in area performed webster technique (later found not true. i found almost 10 of them in immediate area) and that i should come to his office.he stretched my lower back then had me flip on back to loosen ligaments. without any conversation of what he was going to do,he pulled my pants down a bit then pulled my underwear to the side halfway (exposing my genitals) and continued to "work" ligaments near my genitals. i felt awkward,exposed, and violated as i watched him exit my room afterwards to the next and shut the door. aside from feeling very violated i felt disgusting knowing he touched me with bare hands and never washed them or foamed them and then went to next room to work on next person (this is old converted house with no sinks in room and no antibacterial foam)--this goes without saying that i will NOT be returning
on a positive note, the front staff was very nice.
