The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area.

I felt like my needs were mostly met, but Brett Cardonick, D.C. didn't make any extra effort. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. My adjustments weren't very painful. I did feel some force but it wasn't that bad. Brett Cardonick, D.C. paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I wish I got good advice from Brett Cardonick, D.C.. But most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them.
