Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

No, they told me to get X-Rays but didn't tell me where I could get them

No, and they didn't want me to seek anyone else's opinion

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

My pain was not lessened after my visit. I felt no difference at all and was still in pain when I left. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I did not understand the plan of treatment suggested and had a sense of distrust as to whether Dr Sherri could really help me.

My pain was not lessened after my visit. I felt no difference at all and was still in pain when I left. They gave me little information that I could use to help me. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered and look for help elsewhere. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They were too busy gossiping.
