Dr. Clay always goes above and beyond for her patients. The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable on treatment and all insurance questions. There service is TOP NOTCH!

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I felt better than I have in years when I left. I couldn't believe the difference they were able to make.

The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned Kristina Clay, D.C. is for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased! The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clientele to be as comfortable as possible.
