I have been dealing with long term ongoing back issues and was referred to Dr. Zimmer. Definate help noted immediatly and progress made with each visit. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, efficient and welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I was even given Dr. Zimmer's cell number if I had problems. I have recommended to friends and family. Their staff is friendly and welcoming. They never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible and work with my schedule.

My wife went to Zimmer because she was having problems with her back. She showed up promptly, and was treated very rudely by Zimmer when she was signing in. During the "appointment" Zimmer explained they were out of x-ray paper so she would have to come back on Monday. He then proceeded to patronize and talk down to her about all manner of things including how she should exercise(she is in fantastic shape). To top it off he did not do anything to her back. He made one minor "adjustment" to her side that some hobo on the street could have done. End result? My wife is still in excruciating pain, she had to pay $65 for nothing, and she is supposed to come back on Monday when "we might have the x-ray paper." I do not like paying good money for nothing, and that is exactly what you are going to get when you go to Zimmer.
