I brought my son in with knee issues that we had been trying to resolve for months. He had had swelling and pain and had to have his knee aspirated and 2 washout surgeries. We spent 17 days in the hospital this summer because of it. He had no bacterial infection and no injury that caused the swelling. I went to him because I was willing to try any other avenue I could to get answers for why my son's knee swelled and why he still couldn't get his range of motion back in his leg. While we were in the office, he didn't do any work on my son or adjustments or treatment. All he did was tell me that he had "hammer toes" which caused the swelling he had. He also said he needed orthotics in his shoes. He has never followed up back up with me or put a call in to see how he is doing. It was a waste of $150 and I will never be recommending him to anyone. He was kind of abrupt and tried to act like he knew what he was talking about. I was very disappointed in our visit.

I was recommended to Dr Neuwirth from a friend. He has helped correct my sleeping problems and increase my energy, which I am very thankful for; however, I have inquired the last 3 visits about having female hormone testing done, and he just tells me to keep working out. This is not helping. My last visit he was 37 mins late, which I understand is to be expected of a doctor. We spent 25 mins talking about my workout plan, and not addressing the hormone issues, which I brought up. Then he upcharged me to a $90 fee, instead of the regular $65 fee. The is no standard rate for visits, even though you will sign a sheet going into the office stating there is, but that doesn't prevent him from change the rate at the end of the visit. I've asked the doctor and the receptionist about the standard rate, and it has never been given to me. I've also asked for a breakdown of what I was being charged for, and it hasn't been provided. The sign-in sheet says $65 for a general visit, but at the end of the visit, he marked through the $65 and charged me $90. If I wanted to spend $90 talking about my workout routine, I'd hire a personal trainer. Very unhappy with this. Plus, this is the second time this has happened to me.

I do not plan on going back between the additional health issues not being address, being upcharged for visits, and the arrogant attitude I have to endure while there. I will take my business somewhere else.
