Disrespectful to women, entitled, cheats the system, lies, manipulated, rude, lazy and shouldn’t be able to be a chiropractors!

Dr. McKellar sent me a welcome letter with his cell phone number and so I used that number to call him on 12/6/17 and left a message, asking about a piece of cutting edge equipment I presented to him to be used in his office, that he asked to borrow on two occasions. Because of our long standing Dr./patient relationship and my respect for him, I let him borrow the equipment for his personal and professional use for the total of six days, for free. The call was a follow up to get a word on the equipment. I was shocked and disappointed at the response I received. Not a word after almost two weeks and so I called into the office to leave a message with Ashley. At the end of the day, still no word. Not a thank you for letting him try it, not even a reply to my phone call after the second attempt. To me Dr. McKellar's unprofessional response says something quite different than who he professes to be and what he is about according to his profile. I feel despitefully used and disrespected as a person and as his patient. The Bible says in Mat. 5:44 to pray for them that despitefully use you and so I will pray for Dr. McKellar and I forgive him for his trespasses against me. Yahshua bless him.

I have been to several Chiropractors over twenty years, Dr. McKellar is far and above the best of any. He has treated my cervical issues for a long time and was able to prevent surgery for the last ten years. One great thing is that he will never claim to cure something beyond his control, such as my degenerative disc disease that has unfortunately now progressed to the point of needing surgery. He is quite supportive of this. After neck surgery heals I will most definitely be back for maintainence care. This Doctor is nothing short of Outstanding

Not at all! I was very comfortable during my entire treatment

Doc McKellar is an amazing chiropractor, person and someone I am proud to call a friend. He is always ready to listen and goes above and beyond to help with ailments. I injured my back so badly I couldnt move for days and Doc McKellar came in on his day off to help me. I wasn't even his patient at that time. I will tell you that was one of the best days of my life. My back hasn't felt this good ever!

They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

I was so happy with the care I got here that I have already told multiple people about it. They deserve all the recommendations in the world. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it.
