Dr. Haywood is one of THE best chiropractors and I've been to many throughout my life. The staff is cordial and atmosphere is always pleasant. Wonderful!

As another poster had mentioned, I too saw Dr. Haywood after a car accident. He was a very friendly man and very personable. His staff was friendly too. However when it came time to submit treatment to the insurance company and I finally took the time to actually look at his bill, I noticed that he also took advantage of the fact that it was a car accident and saw dollar signs to pad his wallet with. He charged $184 for each massage I came in for when I believe it is only $60 to walk in and pay cash for. He charged way more for each tiny manipulation an incredibly high amount. When I questioned him about it, the nice, friendly man I had been seeing began to show his true colors.
I have to say that he was friendly and knows his stuff, but will take advantage of a situation that will benefit him.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
