He is the only doc that has ever helped end my back pain. I drive from central Florida once a year to see him. I am no longer on dangerous pain meds because of Dr. Mark.

Have recommended this office to several people. Mark Baker is a fine man, as well as a fine medical person.
My son had a few visits and got "straightened right out."

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful. One thing I really liked, was that they kept me updated about where I was at in the recovery process, and how long before I would be fully recovered. It gave me more of an idea about how much time I could expect to be recovering, and encouraged me on all the progress I had made. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

I was not happy with my experience at all. I was not forewarned of possible complications. I was in severe discomfort for many days after my adjustment. They scheduled me for another appointment. He did nothing except look at my feet, say everything was fine, but did not offer a good explanation for all my discomfort. Instead he talked about what a good musician he was and that he would be performing that weekend and charged me another $45 after the initial $290. I was afraid to go back again for fear of what might happen. I did request my expensive x rays. When I picked them up I again expressed my concerns about the treatment. I asked about the exercises he said he would recommend. The person at the desk gave me an exercise sheet that did not apply. A very nice x ray tech caught that and said those exercises were a bad idea.
She went in to ask Mr. Baker about exercises for scoliosis and he told her to tell me to goggle it. This was an extremely inappropriate response
and he did not have the courtesy or the professionalism to address my issues. $335 later and a lot of pain, I guess I'll be searching the internet for a better response.
