It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I was left in the appointment room by myself for a short time, but they eventually returned. Their staff is friendly. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

Yes, but it didn't bother me much

No, but they gave me directions to a lab nearby where I could get them

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. One thing I really liked, was that they kept me updated about where I was at in the recovery process, and how long before I would be fully recovered. It gave me more of an idea about how much time I could expect to be recovering, and encouraged me on all the progress I had made. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.
