Okay first things first. I am a wounded veteran that had been pulled and pushed in hundreds of directions. I've had x ray after X-ray taken of my hips my knees and even feet. With that said I am without any care and the first time I met dr cross was when my husband was in a motorcycle accident and was being treated here. I was not only skeptical but sure and 100% positive he couldn't help me. I had days I couldn't walk! (Btw I'm only in my 20s) and I had taken so many pain pill and ibprofen that I now was diagnosed with gastritis. I felt like I was at an end I lost jobs from not being physically able to work and I've cried many many nights while NO one would help. I was told it was bursitis then arthritis and there was nothing I could do but wait until my 40s for a hip replacement. Dr cross took one X-ray and was able to find my problem. Not only did I NOT have bursitis or arthritis but my hip was twisted and 7mm lower than my left. Now 7mm is nothing until it's your body and bones it was the most painful time in my life. He has been treating me for about two months(12 visits) and I am working 40 hours a week and also light weight training during the week. I feel amazing. And I always look forward to seeing dr cross as his wife.they will always have a smile and the best conversation you've ever had. they have taken amazing care of me and my husband and now even my brother in law is going there. Needless to say I would not be where I am right now with out them. You would not believe how many things are in connection with your spine. I was also having migraines and before I even told him he knew because of which vertebrae was off. I promise you one thing your life will change when you start taking care of your body with chiropractic care I wouldn't recommend or go to anyone other than dr cross.

Dr. Cross literally saved my life. When I went to see him, I was down to 89 lbs, could barely eat, and had daily panic attacks, confusion, and horrible digestive issues. In just 2 months, Dr. Cross has helped me put 10 lbs back on, I can eat again, and no more panic! I feel better than I have in at least 10 years. I credit Dr. Cross and a low carb diet with saving my life. He performed a hiatal hernia pull down technique on me and ever since I have not had difficulty getting/keeping food down. This is the 3rd Chiropractor I tried and I would HIGHLY recommend him to ANYONE. I had mysterious health problems for 7 years and Dr. Cross is the first one who took the time to figure out what was slowly killing me.

I had lived with pain in my neck and shoulder for over twenty years. But was always skeptical of chiropractic. But the pain kept getting worse and finally I went to an orthepedic dr. who told me I had degenerative disk and that there was little he could do except pain killers until I was ready to have risky surgery. My colleague told me about her chiropractor, Dr. Cross. She said his technique was gentle. Not a snapping and agressive approach. I decided to try it and I have been incredibly grateful ever since. Not only did I see a huge difference almost immediately after starting treatment. Dr. Cross has given me a number of things I can do to avoid inflamming my neck and managing the degenerative disk to stop the further deterioration. I am so grateful to Dr. Cross. I feel like he has given me not only a pain free life but the tools to keep it that way. I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

It took my best friend years to convince me to go to Dr Cross. I had a burst fx of t-12 and then many surgeries after ward to fix it. By the time I went to Dr. Cross I was on a cane to walk at all and for any long distance I was in a motor chair. I am now walking without a cane. My chair sits in the garage unused for several years. Dr Cross put my body and Life back together again. I am in little to no pain compaired to before when I was taking massive pain meds and still not getting any relief. His staff is very friendly and you don't get a recording to press any button when you call. His office in located in down town Winter Park, extremely easy to find. I tell everybody I talk to that if a Doctor tells you that you need back surgery, Do Not Do IT until you go to Dr. Cross first!!!! You probably do not need it!!!!! He can Fix You. I think Dr. Cross has a direct link with God. He is a mircle worker too.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
