This is a top-notch firm. Best patient relations, friendly, personal, accommodating, genuine, on-time, comfortable and roomy suite of treatment rooms and state-of-the-art treatment capabilities. Dr. Markson himself is a doll.

They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
