The staff was unfriendly and rude. They were very cold and made no effort at all to welcome me or make me feel comfortable. I left the office feeling very upset and dissatisfied.

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Definitely, it was nauseating

Andrew Hope, D.C. definitely cares about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. Andrew Hope, D.C. always has an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. Andrew Hope, D.C. was fantastic! Andrew Hope, D.C.'s prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.
