He was by far one of the best I've ever seen in his field. It was obvious that he has been exceeding his clients' expectations for many years. I love how much attention to detail he shows. He is always careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about him making a mistake or forgetting something. He is skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized his adjustments to meet my specific condition. I don't think I have ever been put on hold and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. Every time I come here, he always remembers me by name, even if it's been months since my last appointment. Then again, it’s hard to forget my name. I just love this place.

Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

No, they told me to get X-Rays but didn't tell me where I could get them

Dr Shapiro takes an interest in his patients. He doesn't do knee jerk reactions or jump to assumptions. He gathers the facts and supporting documents (history, x-rays, etc.) and comes up with a clear and concise plan for long term care. He uses common language and makes sure that he answers all questions. He is very open and caring. Getting in to see him is a breeze. Great all around.
