I rarely write negative reviews but this was hands down the worst chiropractic office I've ever gone to. Dr. Duff and Dr. Natalie are nice people, but they are complete scam artists. Dr. Duff spent over an hour with me in the initial consult and guaranteed me that all of my symptoms would improve if I follow his 40 session program. Quite the sales-pitch, $3000 later. Fast forward 40 sessions later (3x a week) and none of my symptoms improved whatsoever. I felt no difference than before I started chiropractic care. Included in their "package" was a $200 foam denaroll which literally costs $20 max.

In terms of the adjustments, they were absolutely pathetic and barely adjustment at all. They put you on a table which is in the MIDDLE of the office and everyone watches you get adjusted. They are two minute max, compared to my friends/family members whose chiropractor spends 20-30 minutes per adjustment. They literally crack you, use the gun thing for five seconds, and immediately move onto the next person. It's like a factory in there where there's limited care for the patients. They injured me so bad once during an adjustment that I was basically imobile for two weeks in excruciating pain.

After the 40 sessions, I told them I felt no different and they literally were pressuring me into signing up for 40 more! The least they can do is give the patient their money back! That was the most unethical and offputting situation of all. Put the worst taste in my mouth. All they care about is money.

I wish I never went there in the first place. Such a disappointment and waste in my money.

Several months ago my 3 year old daughter fell extremely hard on her chin. We were so concerned with the extensive dental issues, we didn't realize her neck was injured too. After two months of having a different daughter, she wasn't very well behaved anymore she complained about her neck hurting. We realized this was not a phase but a connection to her injury. Yesterday my husband and I went in for our adjustments when I told Dr. Terry about my daughter. He said he wanted to see her. After one look he noticed her left eye was droopy and then showed me how her mobility on her on left side was different than the right. He adjusted her neck and her eye looked normal and her behavior instantly changed. We thank the Lord for Dr Terry, his hands are truly blessed.

Spoke with the lady up front on the phone. I can't remember her name at this time. She answered a few of my question. When I asked her about my insurance to see if they take it she proceeded to tell me that they take almost everything but HMO. I said that I have a PPO and she said that it would still be out of network fees. I asked her how if they take PPO. I said if it's going to be out of network then I would want to go to someone in network? she said and I quote with attitude " Well there you go" and hung up.
