Dr. Casdia is great, I highly recommend anyone and everyone to Midpoint Chiropractic. Very helpful with all my needs with everything from insurance, scheduling and most important my back and neck. This is one Dr. I actually look forward to seeing. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable. They were happy to answer each and every question I had in-depth. The background music was lovely. It was clearly chosen to soothe. Perfect volume and it really helped me relax. They seem to make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to and address every question or concern I may have. I was so pleased that I didn't have to wait before I got to talk with the receptionist. The office is perfectly staffed. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

Not at all! I was very comfortable during my entire treatment

If you're looking for a great Chiropractor then Dr. Frank Casdia is your guy!! I never knew how much pain I was having until it started to go away. In just a few fast and painless minutes Dr. Frank had popped and cracked me back into place.
His office is conveniently located. Every trip was a wonderful experience. His staff is professional, friendly and fun. I am so impressed with the progress we've made and look forward to our next visit.

I have have had neck issues for years and have seen a few Chiropractors, but Dr. Casdia has been the only doctor that properly adjusts my neck to the point that I can leave his office pain free. Equally important, the office incorporates all state of the art equipment to help achieve your optimal wellness. Whether it be ultrasound, neck decompression, or massage, the office has it all. The staff are knowledgable, friendly and very professional! This is a well run office with the patients care being their number one priority!

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

Yes, it was very serious so I never went back

Never, they are very reliable.

This Doctor is absolutely fantastic. My husband has been a patient for years - in fact it has been 9 years since he was last seen by Dr. Casdia, who has always been very proactive in treatment, never wishing to prolong the experience.

He is now dealing with a serious situation and opting for the spinal decompression, which is one of the three alternatives suggested by Dr. Casdia. We opt for this treatment because we believe in Dr. Casdia's ethics and responsibilities to his patients.

It is actually very refreshing to know that we can depend upon a practitioner who "lays it on the line" and allows the patient to be a part of the decision for their care. We totally recommend Dr. Casdia for his openness and respect for patient economics.

It is far more than very refreshing to have someone in Health Care who is actually concernerned about patient cost and treatment alternatives. This simply is not the norm.
