They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.
