The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. They didn't exaggerate their abilities at all, which has been a problem at some of the other places I've visited. I got what was promised. I was really glad that they customized their treatment to address my condition instead of just giving me general adjustments. Their treatment was much more effective that way. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
