Very arrogant. Says the same thing each time you visit. Very old office clutter in all rooms. Uses the same electrodes over and over. Did not follow thru with a plan at the end of treatment. But did help some what with pain. Don't think he likes treating over weight patients.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area.
