They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.

I know when I go there for a treatment I will leave knowing that I am on my way to feeling better if I don't already feel some relief. They are very attentive and concerned about your situtation no matter what it may be. I see smiley friendly people when I go there from the appointment schedulers to the customers that have been treated. Great place to go for comfort and relief.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
