I was in acute pain after an auto accident. I was put through a thorough intake with classes, videos, tests, X-rays etc. I know some is necessary.
ONE PROBLEM!!!!
I was not TREATED (until I finally said that I needed to have something done or I would leave)even though I was in PAIN.
When I finally did get adjustments, they were painful.

I finally did leave after giving Neil Rich plenty of time to help me. I then did go to a different chiro who helped me with excellent results.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.
